- The terms of use govern the relationship between the website and any person who browses and/or uses the website or the information contained therein (each, hereinafter: “the Client” and/or “the User”).
- Any use of the website and its content, including browsing and viewing it, as well as any action on it, including purchasing through it, is subject to the terms of use set forth below. No liability exists for jewelry, accessories, or related products purchased online or received as gifts.
- Users acknowledge that jewelry may experience normal wear depending on its materials.
Jewelry should not be exposed to chemicals, extreme environments, Dead Sea water, sulfur baths, the sea, Jacuzzi, spa, salts, cleaning agents, bleach, or cosmetic jewelry. - Gold plating is of the highest quality but may wear over time due to friction or exposure to strong substances.
- Users are solely responsible for maintaining the longevity of jewelry, and the website is not responsible for improper use. Tips for product care are available on the website.
- Users must indemnify the website operator or their representatives for any damage, loss, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from violation of these terms or applicable law.
Prices on the Website
- Prices, availability, and purchase conditions may change periodically. The website reserves the right to change products, services, or prices at any time without notice.
- When ordering, users must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information. The website may verify details and cancel or restrict orders at any time. Payment will be refunded if an order is canceled.
- If a credit card refuses payment, the website may suspend or stop the service and request payment through other means, including additional costs. Users must indemnify the website for any related expenses.

Placing an Order
- Users must provide accurate details (name, address, email, phone, credit card) to ensure smooth processing. Providing false details knowingly may be a criminal offense and subject to civil and criminal action. Information may be used for promotional purposes.
- Orders are processed once payment is authorized. Users will receive confirmation via email or SMS. The website is not liable for any error in email confirmation; official computer records constitute proof of the transaction.
- If a product is out of stock, the order will be canceled or replaced, and users will be credited accordingly. Users have no claims for out-of-stock situations.
Product Delivery
- Shipping costs: 29 ILS;
- free for orders over 299 ILS.
- Products are delivered through an independent courier within Israel. Delivery times depend on courier schedules and customer availability.
- Users must ensure their information is accurate. Incorrect details may result in returned packages, and users may be charged additional shipping costs.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981.
Users may cancel orders according to the law. Cancellation fees apply. Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Custom-made products are non-returnable. Exchange of products is allowed within 30 days.
Intellectual Property
All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property on the website, including content, design, software, graphics, images, text, or other materials, are owned solely by the website operator.
No copying, reproduction, distribution, public display, or third-party transfer is allowed without prior written consent.
Termination of Website Activity
